- 1 cup mango frozen or fresh mango cut into chunks
- 1 cup baby spinach frozen works well too
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets ideally blanched
- 1/4 cup fresh coconut chunks or use coconut chips
- 1 tbsp lime juice ideally fresh
- 200 ml apple juice not from concentrate
Pop everything in your blender and blitz on high for 30 seconds
If a bit too thick, add a splash of extra apple juice or water and blend again
taste and add more lime juice to get that perfect balance of sweet and tart
