Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango frozen or fresh mango cut into chunks
  • 1 cup baby spinach frozen works well too
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets ideally blanched
  • 1/4 cup fresh coconut chunks or use coconut chips
  • 1 tbsp lime juice ideally fresh
  • 200 ml apple juice not from concentrate

Instructions

  • Pop everything in your blender and blitz on high for 30 seconds
  • If a bit too thick, add a splash of extra apple juice or water and blend again
  • taste and add more lime juice to get that perfect balance of sweet and tart
