Equipment

  • 1 blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango frozen or fresh, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple tinned or fresh, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 fruit passion fruit scoop out all the seeds
  • 200 ml coconut water

Instructions

  • add all the ingredients to blender
  • blend for 30 seconds
  • serve immediately!
