What happens next?

Whatever subscription you choose, an email will be automatically sent to you 5 days before your next order is generated. This email will include your payment renewal date, and the contents of your order. Please make sure that you make any changes to your order (including pausing or cancelling) no later than 24hrs before the payment renewal date.

Pausing

Log into your account (little person icon top right) and select Sign In.

You’ll then see your account area. Select Subscriptions on the left side, scroll down and hit the green Pause button. Your subscription will be put on pause until you reactivate it.

To reactivate

Log into your account (little person icon top right) and select Sign In.

You’ll then see your account area. Select Subscriptions on the left side, scroll down and hit the green Reactivate button. Your subscription is now live.

Cancelling

Log into your account (little person icon top right) and select Sign In.

You’ll then see your account area. Select Subscriptions on the left side, scroll down and hit the green Cancel button. Your subscription has now been cancelled and no further payments will be taken.

Skipping weeks

Sadly this isn’t currently possible – the best thing to do is to pause your subscription until you’re back from holiday, or have used up all your delicious smoothies. We’ll send you a little friendly reminder after 4 weeks, just in case.

Changing the contents of your bundle

If you have chosen a Pick your Own bundle, you can change the contents of your bundle up to 24hrs before your payment renewal date (which will have been sent to you in the reminder email).

Log into your account (little person icon top right) and select Sign In.

You’ll then see your account area. Select Subscriptions on the left side, scroll down and hit the green View/Edit bundle button.

You’ll be taken back to the PYO page, where you can change your flavours.

Click Confirm Bundle.

Click Checkout and complete the process – you’ll notice on the right hand side that the value of the order is £0.00 – this shows that it’s just a bundle edit.

Click green Place Order button.

That’s it, your contents have now been changed.

Payment information

The card that you used to set up your subscription will be charged depending on the frequency of your subscription. So for instance, if you set up a weekly subscription, it will be charged exactly 7 days after you place your first order. Or if you set up a monthly subscription it will be charged on the same calendar date (11th June/11th July and so on).

Once the payment has been approved, an order will immediately be generated, and an email confirmation sent to you. This will then be packed on our next scheduled pack day (generally Tuesdays) and delivered to you the next day (Wednesday).
