Can I order directly from you?

You sure can! Take a look at all the different bundles you can buy here. 14 or 24 sachets of deliciousness per box, delivered straight to your door!

Is there a delivery charge?

Nope! Delivery is free of charge.

When can I expect my delivery?

We pack and ship our orders on a Thursday for a Friday delivery. Order by midnight on Wednesday to ensure a delivery the same week.

Do you ship to everywhere in the UK and Great Britain?

Sadly we aren’t yet able to deliver to N. Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Highlands and Islands of Scotland as DHL doesn’t offer a next day delivery service to those regions (your products would arrive defrosted…). All postcodes in Zone 1 (see handy guide here) are covered.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Unfortunately not, sorry. But you can still get hold of Love Struck products through our distributors across the world. Get in touch and we’ll try to help hook you up.

Is there a returns policy?

Unfortunately, as a food product, our smoothies cannot be returned. But of course if there’s a problem with your products, please get in touch with us [email protected] or 0207 378 8332.

Will you be expanding the home delivery range?

Most definitely… We’ve got lots of delicious recipes up our sleeves. Watch this space!

How do I become a trade customer?

We supply through wholesalers, give us a call on 020 7378 8332 and we will be able to recommend the best options in your area.

Do you supply blenders?

Yes! We supply the best commercial grade blenders. They’re perfect to use with all our products and will deliver perfect smoothies, shakes and soups every time. Give us a call on 0207 378 8332 for more information or to order.

Do you have any marketing materials we can use?

How do I make the smoothies?

Simply add 200ml apple juice, milk or coconut water to your blender, pop in one of our smoothie sachets and blend for 30 seconds. If the blender sticks add a splash more juice and try again.

How do I make the milkshakes?

Simply add 150ml of milk to the blender, pop in one of our milkshake sachets and blend for 30 seconds. If the blender sticks add a splash more milk and try again.

How do I make the soups?

Pop the contents of the sachet in your blender, add 180ml boiling and blend for 30 seconds. If the blender sticks add a splash more water and try again. Then transfer to a bowl, and microwave for 1-2mins depending on how hot you like your soup (and the power rating of your microwave), giving it a good stir half way through.

Do I have to use apple juice with all the smoothies?

Not at all! We think apple juice is a great base for all of our smoothies, but things like coconut water, almond milk, or even water with a dash of maple syrup work a treat. Click on the circled i next to each smoothie to get blending options for each flavour (including a low cal option). See here

Can I add other ingredients to the smoothies?

Absolutely! Our smoothies taste great as they are, but definitely can be pimped with your favourite ingredients. And don’t forget to show us your creations on Instagram @love_struck

Is the packaging recyclable?

The smoothie sachets and dry ice sachets are both recyclable

The cardboard box is an FSC* Box – this is recyclable

The cardboard insulation is also recyclable
