A Day Dedicated for Fitness

Whizzing around for its sixth year is National Fitness Day. A day which encourages the whole of the UK to partake in some form of physical exercise.

Now, although you’ll have heard us here at Love Taste harping on about nutrition and fitness working hand in hand with each other for some time, the return of National Fitness Day is giving us an excuse to get our soap box out again.

Healthy Body, Healthy Mind

Whether you are training for a marathon, you’re a regular gym bunny, or you’re simply trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle, what you’re putting in your body is equally as important as what your body is physically enduring.

The golden rule of fitness is nutrition is king. Unfortunately, unless you’re a dedicated fanatic, chances are you won’t fancy batching up seven portions of chicken and kale to last you a week.
