Consistency is Key

It’s always a great idea to start the New Year how you mean to go on, and for me consistency is key. Perhaps not a consistent intake of cheeseburgers, but you know what I mean. Introduce more fruit and veg into your diet, get some new recipes under your belt and wow your friends with a totally delicious meal that you’ve never cooked before.

Don’t pay a premium when buying fresh, eat what’s in season, for January and February that’s things like good old Brussel sprouts, Cauliflower (roast this in the oven with some curry spices- blend with sautéed onion and some coconut milk for an easy vegan soup), Grapefruit, Kale, Leeks, Parsnips, Sweet Potatoes and Rhubarb (in a crumble with Bramley apples- these are in season now too!)
