Cauliflower, Mature Cheddar Cheese (Milk), Potato, Grilled Onion, Apple, Garlic & Salt Pellets (Coconut Oil, Garlic, Salt), Cream Pellets (Milk), Vegetable Stock Pellets (Yeast Extract) Rapeseed Oil.

- Cauliflower is a great source of choline, a nutrient many people are lacking – this plays a role in the production of neurotransmitters and therefore keeps your brain healthy.
- Cauliflower is also rich is sulforaphane, a plant compound with many beneficial effects, such as reduced risk of cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
Blend it with
200ml boiling water, then 1-2mins in the microwave, with a good stir halfway through.

can I blend my soup with cold water?
We wouldn’t recommend it, as it will make it much harder to blend, and you’ll have to microwave it for longer. Using boiling water helps to melt any cream/coconut cream in the soup and creates a smoother soup overall.
