An e-gift card is the perfect way to gift a box of smiles to a loved one. From trend-obsessed teens to a dear friend recovering from a bout of illness, grandparents who need a little extra nutrition or a favourite teacher who needs shielding from all those pesky bugs – this is a creative gift that they will absolutely love.

Just choose the amount you wish to gift, and we’ll send them an e-mail with a gift code, so that they can choose exactly what flavours they want in their bundle, and their preferred delivery slot. If they don’t use the full value of the gift card, they have up to a year to redeem the balance, or conversely if they order a little more than the gift card value, they’ll just have to top up the balance.

How long is a gift card valid for?

A gift card is valid for a year from purchase date.

How will my friend be notified?

Once you’ve successfully completed checkout, the recipient will receive a nice email notifying them that you sent them a gift, and how much they have to spend. They will get a unique gift card code which they simply pop in the gift card box at checkout and apply to their order.

Can they redeem some of the gift card value and keep the balance for later?

Absolutely! The balance will stay on the gift recipient’s account for up to a year.

Can I send a physical gift card?

Unfortunately we don’t yet have a printed gift card, but if you are trying to buy a gift for someone who doesn’t have an email address, then do get in touch with our team and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I buy shakes and soups with the gift card?

Yes - you can buy anything from our website (even point of sale, if you wanted!).

If I live outside the UK, can I still buy a gift card for someone in the UK?

Yes absolutely, we have many customers who like to treat their friends and family this way.
