How it works

It’s very easy and quick - head to the little round person at the top right of the screen (My Account), then click the first tab ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS’. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Pause button.

For cancellations, also scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Cancel button. But remember that you can also Skip, Reschedule or Pause - it’ll mean that if you ever want more delicious smoothies, you don’t have to re-create a new bundle.

Absolutely! If you are going away, or don’t have any space left in your freezer (common at Xmas!), head to the little round person at the top right of the screen (My Account), then click the first tab ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS’. Click the Skip button to skip your next order or click the link next to your active subscription ‘FUTURE ORDERS’ and you’ll see a list of all future orders appear on the right hand side. Then simply click ‘skip’ for the week(s) you wish to cancel. You can also do this by clicking  the ‘reschedule’ button at the top of your subscription and choose when you next want to place your order.

It’s simple - head to the little round person at the top right of the screen (My Account), then click the first tab ‘SUBSCRIPTIONS’. Click the EDIT BUNDLE button, and you’ll be taken to the bundle builder, with your existing choices. Simply change the quantity of desired smoothies/flavours and then, once you’ve filled your bundle (14 or 24 items), hit Save. That’s it!

It’s up to you - when you order for the first time, you can choose your frequency of delivery, and that’s the day that you will next be charged. So, for example, if you place your first (subscription) order on the 3rd of the month, then choose a delivery frequency of 2 weeks, you will next be charged on the 17th of that month.

No absolutely not, you can place a one-off order to see if you like our smoothies (we’re pretty confident you will 🙂).

As often as you want! You can place a one-off order, or every week, it really is up to you. Ordering on subscription gets you 10% off, but if you prefer to keep things more ad-hoc, simply order as and when you need. We offer intervals (on subscription) of 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 6 weeks - and of course you can always skip, pause or cancel at any time.

As our products have to stay frozen in transit (up to 48hrs), there’s a certain critical mass we need to hit - the more air in the box, the quicker they defrost. We use dry ice and insulation, but it means that the minimum is 14 sachets.

A bundle of 14 sachets takes up roughly ½ a freezer drawer, about the same as a large family sized bag of chips + a big bag of peas. As our sachets are flexible (not solid blocks) so they can pack in snuggly into any small space. Here’s a handy video on our Instagram!
