Dark berries are packed with antioxidants – miracle molecules that reduce the risk of many diseases by performing a body ‘clean up’ – scavenging free radicals and reducing damage caused by oxidative stress.
Blackberries are high in manganese, which plays a role in making energy, protecting cells from damage, immunity, bone growth, reproduction and blood clotting.

We recommend 200ml of apple juice, but take a look at the blending options for each smoothie by clicking 'view nutritional info and more' for low-cal and other ideas. You can always use 200ml water and a splash of maple syrup, or 200ml coconut water, and most of our smoothies also taste delicious with 200ml oat or almond milk.
