Ingredients

Cauliflower, Mature Cheddar Cheese (Cheddar Cheese (Milk), Potato Starch), Potatoes, Grilled Onion, Apple, Garlic & Salt Pellets (Coconut Oil, Garlic, Salt), Cream Pellets (Cream (Milk), Carrageenan), Vegetable Stock Pellets (Coconut Oil, Water, Vegetable Stock (Salt, Maltodextrin, Yeast Extract, Sugar, Vegetable Powder (Onion, Tomato, Carrot), Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed), Natural Flavouring), Onion (Onion, Rapeseed Oil), Garlic).

Blend it with

200ml boiling water, then 1-2mins in the microwave, with a good stir halfway through.

what should I do if i don't have a microwave?

Simply pop the blended soup into a pan, and heat on medium heat, giving it a good stir to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pan for 3-4 minutes or until heated to your liking. Then serve and enjoy!
