What should I blend them with?

All our smoothies blend beautifully with 200ml apple juice, but you can also use nut milk, coconut water, different juice options or water and a splash of maple syrup.

Where can I see the nutritionals?

Click the little i circle at the top right of each product, then when the slide out appears, click the link ‘view nutritional info and more’ just below the ingredients. This will take you to the product page, where you can find all the calorie information, nutritional breakdown and more.

How much space do I need in my freezer?

A bundle of 14 sachets takes up roughly ½ a freezer drawer, about the same as a large family sized bag of chips + a big bag of peas. As our sachets are flexible (not solid blocks) so they can pack in snuggly into any small space. Here’s a handy video on our Instagram!
