What should I blend them with?

Avo Go Go: 200ml oat milk + 1 scoop unflavoured whey protein (or pea protein for a plant-based option) Optional: Add 1 tbsp ground flaxseed for extra fibre and omega-3 fats if well tolerated.

Where can I see the nutritionals?

How much space do I need in my freezer?

A bundle of 14 sachets takes up roughly ½ a freezer drawer, about the same as a large family sized bag of chips + a big bag of peas. As our sachets are flexible (not solid blocks) so they can pack in snuggly into any small space. Here’s a handy video on our Instagram!
